What does Buska actually find?
Public posts where someone asks for a product, service or recommendation like yours: questions, complaints about a competitor, requests for quotes. Each one is dated and scored for buying intent. Brand mentions live in a separate feed so they never bury your leads.
How fast will I see my first lead?
Onboarding takes about 3 minutes: paste your website, confirm the signals Buska proposes, pick your sources. The first scan starts immediately and most teams see a first qualified lead within minutes, then a daily digest at 4 pm with only the leads worth your time.
Which platforms are covered?
Reddit, LinkedIn, X, Hacker News, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Quora, YouTube, Bluesky, GitHub, Substack, Medium, Stack Overflow, Trustpilot, Capterra, Product Hunt, Indie Hackers, app stores, forums and the open web. Private Discord and Slack communities are not covered, and we say so.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

How is this different from Brand24 or Mention?

Will I look like a spammer?

Do I have to connect my LinkedIn account?
No. Buska reads LinkedIn with its own collectors. Connecting your account is optional, widens what Buska can read on LinkedIn, and can be switched off at any time.
