Create your Airtable leads table
Set up an Airtable base with 8 standard columns for Buska data: Lead Name (single line text), Post Content (long text), Platform (single select), Intent Score (number 0 to 100), Keyword Match (single line text), Status (single select), Owner (collaborator), Notes (long text). Add as many custom fields as you need.
Generate a Personal Access Token
In Airtable Settings > Developer hub, create a Personal Access Token with write access to your base. Required scopes: data.records:read, data.records:write, schema.bases:read. The token replaces the legacy API key that Airtable retired in February 2024, and is more secure with per-base scoping.
Connect in Buska
Add your Airtable Personal Access Token, Base ID, and Table name in Buska Settings > Integrations > Airtable. The connection completes in under 60 seconds, and Buska stores the token encrypted at rest with AES-256. You can revoke access at any time from Airtable.
