Generate a Personal Access Token

In Airtable Settings > Developer hub, create a Personal Access Token with write access to your base. Required scopes: data.records:read, data.records:write, schema.bases:read. The token replaces the legacy API key that Airtable retired in February 2024, and is more secure with per-base scoping.

Will the Buska Airtable integration create duplicates?
Not by default. Buska checks for existing records by post URL (always unique) before creating a new record. If the same post is detected twice, Buska updates the existing record with the latest intent score instead of duplicating. You can also enable email-based dedup if your Airtable base has an Email field.
Can Airtable Automations trigger Buska actions?
Currently the flow is one-way: Buska writes to Airtable. Bi-directional sync is on the roadmap for Q3 2026. In the meantime, you can use Airtable Automations to post to Slack, send email via Gmail, or call a webhook to your CRM whenever a Buska-sourced lead changes status.
