Organize social leads in Notion

The Buska Notion integration sends every social buying signal to your Notion workspace as a new database entry, in real time. Buska detects the signal on Reddit, Twitter / X, LinkedIn, Hacker News, Quora, YouTube, and 30+ other platforms. Notion stores it with full context: the original post, platform, intent score (0 to 100), keyword match, post URL, post date, and language. Create a custom lead database with views, filters, relations, formulas, and Notion AI queries, all powered by real social buying signals. Setup takes 5 minutes. The Buska Notion integration is included on every plan starting at $49 per month and works with Notion Free, Plus ($8/seat/mo), Business ($15/seat/mo), and Enterprise.

How to set up Buska + Notion

1

Create a Notion integration

Go to notion.so/my-integrations and create a new internal integration. Name it *"Buska"*, optionally upload the Buska logo. Set the capabilities to Read content and Insert content (you do not need Update content or No content). Copy the API key (format: `secret_...`).

2

Share your database with the integration

In Notion, open your leads database. Click the three dots > Add connections > select the Buska integration you just created. Notion restricts integrations to only the pages they are explicitly shared with, which is a security feature.

Set qualification filters

Filter by intent score (most teams use 70 out of 100), platforms, keywords, and language. Buska filters out about 90% of irrelevant mentions before they reach Notion, so your database stays clean and within your page quota.

Organize your leads

New leads appear in your Notion database with full context. Build views (board by status, table sorted by intent score, calendar by post date), use filters for triage, link to accounts for account-based workflows, and run Notion AI queries across the leads to spot patterns.

Real use cases with Notion

All-in-one workspace

For teams that run everything in Notion (product roadmap, sales pipeline, marketing calendar, company wiki), social leads live alongside meeting notes, project plans, and OKRs. Full context in one tool. Average team processes 30 to 80 leads per month through a Notion Kanban with 5 to 15% conversion to meeting.

Content-driven follow-up

Link social leads to your content calendar in Notion. When someone asks a question your blog answers, assign a content team member to share the link. Tracking shows which blog posts drove the most social-sourced meetings, which feeds your content prioritization.

Agency lead-tracker portal

Agencies that manage multiple client pipelines create one Notion lead database per client. Buska routes signals to the right database based on keyword group. Clients get read-only access to their leads via Notion Guests, with a monthly review meeting built around the Notion gallery view.

Founding-team radar

A founder-only Notion database receives only the most strategic signals: viral threads about your brand, mentions by industry analysts, references in funding announcements of likely customers. Volume stays low (3 to 10 signals per week), but strategic value is high.

Frequently asked questions about Buska + Notion

Which Notion plans work with Buska?
Buska works with all Notion plans including Free (with API access), Plus at $8 per seat per month, Business at $15 per seat per month, and Enterprise. Notion Free supports integrations and API access, so you can run the full Buska Notion integration without paying for Notion at all.
Can I use Notion AI with Buska lead data?
Yes. Once leads are in Notion, you can use Notion AI to summarize threads across multiple leads, categorize by buying intent, draft personalized replies based on the social post content, or answer questions about your pipeline ("Show me all leads from Reddit with score above 80 this month"). Notion AI is $10 per seat per month add-on.
How fast does Buska sync to Notion?
Leads sync in under 30 seconds from social post detection to Notion database entry creation. P95 latency stays below 2 minutes even at peak load. Buska uses Notion's Web API with rate limiting to stay under 3 requests per second per integration, which is well within Notion's 3 requests per second quota.
Will the Buska Notion integration create duplicates?
Not by default. Buska checks for existing entries by post URL (always unique) before creating a new row. If the same post is detected twice (rare, but possible across language variants), Buska updates the existing entry with the latest intent score instead of duplicating. You can also enable email-based dedup if your Notion database has an Email property.
Can I trigger Notion automations from Buska leads?
Yes. Notion Database Buttons and Notion Automations (currently in beta) can fire on new Buska-sourced entries: assign an owner, change a status, send a Slack message via webhook, create a task in Linear. The trigger is *"When a new page is added to this database"* with optional filters by property.
Is the Buska Notion integration secure?
Yes. Buska uses Notion's API with the minimal scopes needed (Read content and Insert content only, no Update or Delete). The integration is scoped to only the databases you explicitly share with it. Buska stores the API key encrypted at rest with AES-256, and you can revoke access at any time from Notion > Settings > My connections.
How much does the Buska Notion integration cost?
The Buska Notion integration is included on every plan at no extra cost. Buska plans start at $49 per month (Starter, 3 keywords, 1 Notion database), $99 per month (Growth, 10 keywords, multi-database routing), and $249 per month (Scale, 25 keywords, advanced property mapping). All plans include a 7-day free trial.
